Pat has been with Dr. Wilson more than 30 years – a testament to her expertise and attachment to Dr. Wilson’s wonderful patients, many of whom who have been with him all that time.

Pat handles much of the testing done in physicals, including electrocardiograms, audiograms, vision, and spirometry – everyone’s favorite breathing test! She also does injections and chart preparation.

Sharon Franckhauser

Receptionist

Sharon has been working in the medical field as a receptionist for nearly 30 years, and has provided a warm welcome for Dr. Wilson’s patients for the last 13 years. Sharon will make sure you get a prompt appointment, and that your electronic medical records are on target.

Sharon also serves as a medical assistant as needed. She most enjoys helping patients with their needs in Dr. Wilson’s warm, team environment.

Lesa Durbin

Medical Billing and Coding Specialist

Lesa knows her numbers, and has the background to prove it! She is certified by the National Health Association as a medical billing coding specialist, an electronic health records specialist, and as a medical administrative assistant. She spent 20 years with the University of Cincinnati’s medical billing team, and taught medical billing and coding as well as medical terminology at the Warren County Career Center.

Lesa has been with Dr. Wilson’s team more than three years, handling accounts receivable, which includes coding the bills for insurance, billing insurers and patients, posting payments, and answering patient billing questions.
